We are hiring a Citizen of the United Arab Emirates or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve as a Strategic Integrator supporting the Executive Leadership Team of NewEast Group. This role requires frequent travel between Dubai, Jeddah, and Riyadh and is ideal for someone with strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany senior executives during weekly travel (UAE and Saudi Arabia)
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, talking points, and executive memos
• Follow up with departments on action items, deadlines, and decisions
• Coordinate with Heads of Departments to ensure full meeting readiness
• Track key strategic projects and ensure alignment across teams
• Summarize meetings and report progress to the leadership team
• Maintain confidentiality in handling strategic and sensitive matters

• UAE National (male preferred for travel flexibility)
• 36 years of experience in executive office, strategy, project management, or consulting
• Strong business writing skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Able to travel regularly and handle demanding schedules
• Highly organized, proactive, and professional in communication
• Background in automotive, logistics, government, or corporate environments is a plus

Dubai HQ with frequent travel to Jeddah & Riyadh
