What will your challenges be?
Coordinate laboratory areas to drive growth and improvement
Generate, follow-up, coordinate and report the budget of the R&D area, including Projects, CECOs, CAPEX and Training
Plan Innovation and Reformulations Pipeline
Plan, coordinate and follow-up the Organic Portfolio Growth Booster
Coordinate the Training Plan among all R&D areas
Search, Introduce, Assess & Manage external developers & new CROs
Manage Development contracts and CDAs with external developers and new CROs
Support R&D areas during claims definition to improve internal management

Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: Higher University Degree.
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Languages: English - High Level
