We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven professional to join our team in a Strategic Initiatives role. This position is designed for individuals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and business transformation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Direction
• Partner with senior leadership to define corporate and business unit strategies aligned with long-term goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Translate high-level vision into structured roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify new growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and strategic partnerships.
Strategic Execution & Program Leadership
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and impact assessments to support investment decisions.
• Drive execution discipline by defining milestones, KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Performance & Impact Analysis
• Track initiative performance against defined success metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize execution.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
Organizational Alignment & Change Management
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Influence stakeholders across levels without direct authority.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or business models.

• Strong ability to connect macro-level trends with business-level implications.
• Experience developing multi-year strategic plans and annual operating frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in ambiguous environments.

• Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency in building financial models and scenario analyses.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

• Demonstrated track record of leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Strong project management skills with focus on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action.
Communication & Influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling executive presentations and strategic narratives.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
Experience & Background
• 3–12 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Investment Analysis, or related roles.
• Experience in high-growth startups, consulting firms, or large enterprises preferred.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exposure to financial modeling, market expansion strategy, M&A analysis, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
