Job Summary
• This role is responsible for data collection and validation within projects, applying supply chain knowledge to perform analytics and support tracking of supply chain metrics. The role reviews performance metrics regularly to identify process improvement opportunities and stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for optimization. The role contributes to cross-functional teams to meet business objectives, forecasts demand and supply, and supports supply chain strategy projects. The role provides maintains documentation and records of supply chain strategy project activities and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with all 66 Carrier SCACs to ensure consistent and timely reporting of shipment milestone events for both Outbound and Returns Shipments.
• Ensure data flows within the Radar Ecosystem are accurate, timely, and complete, maintaining alignment between Infor Nexus and downstream systems (S4, OSS).
• Perform Fall-Out Analysis & drive it to closure
• Outbound & Return - POC/POD Completeness
• Outbound & Return - POC/POD Latency
• Delay reasons for late deliveries (Outbound Shipments, EDD)
• X3 completeness (Outbound)
• ASN Rejections
• Collaborate with the Project team and Carriers to support the end-to-end Inbound onboarding of carriers in Infornexus.
• Coordinate testing and validation of milestone feeds for Inbound, ensuring alignment with Infornexus and S4/OSS system.
• Perform regular audits of carrier data records and initiate corrections in partnership with carriers / Theatre Logistics team
• Develop and deliver regular performance insights to Theatre teams covering key metrics such as (POC, POD, X3, Latency) Trends
• Translate raw data into actionable summaries that enable Theatre teams to make informed decisions on carrier management and escalation.
• Maintain a running log of recurring fallouts and performance issues to support pattern analysis and continuous improvement.
• Escalate persistent or high-impact carrier issues to Theatre VAMs (Vendor Account Managers) in a timely and structured manner.
• Collaborate with Theatre VAMs to investigate root causes, agree on corrective actions, and track resolution through to closure.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce fall-outs, and improve the carrier experience.
Education/Experience:
• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Mandatorily 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Infor Nexus (INX) or equivalent carrier management / logistics platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and exception analysis
• Understanding of EDI standards, ASN flows, and shipment milestone frameworks (X3, POC, POD)
• Strong analytical ability to interpret milestone data, identify fall-out patterns, and drive structured resolution
• Comfortable working with moderately complex data sets and translating findings into clear, concise reports
• Methodical approach to root cause analysis with a focus on permanent closure of issues
