About this role

This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement our strategy, working closely with the Country Programme Manager and the Management Team. You will be a fast, data-driven, and hands-on project manager, taking the lead on multiple cross-functional initiatives. We look for leaders who can deliver results and care for the team, focusing on teamwork to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Madrid office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Country Program Manager

These are some of the key components to the position:

Define and execute the most strategic and cross-functional projects in the country with a clear focus on growth.
Structure and execute critical data analysis to support the Management Team and enable data-based decision-making across departments, working closely with Business Intelligence.
Act as a cross-functional orchestrator, aligning departments, removing roadblocks, and helping one another succeed to ensure fast execution.
Track progress of the most relevant KPIs, suggest and implement actions to revert deviations, focusing on aiming high and driving excellence.
Maintain a growth and user-centric mentality in everything you do to drive excellence.

What will you bring to the team?

Proven experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or a growth business in a similar role, demonstrating a commitment to achieving goals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong organisation and 80:20 skills to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Ability to influence and network across the organisation, building strong partnerships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Advanced skills with Google Suite or similar (Sheets, Slides and Docs).
Advanced skills with Tableau or similar.
