Als Strategic Communications & PMO Specialist im CIO Office verantwortest du die professionelle Aufbereitung, Strukturierung und Kommunikation von Inhalten für den CIO, das IT Leadership Team sowie für strategische Initiativen und Investitionsprogramme.

Du stellst sicher, dass komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht, konsistent und wirkungsvoll für unterschiedliche Management-Ebenen aufbereitet werden: primär in Form von Executive-Präsentationen, aber auch via Newsletter, Intranetartikel und Mailings.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Erstellung hochwertiger Executive- und Management-Präsentationen inkl. Storylining, Entscheidungslogiken und visueller Aufbereitung

• Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung und Kommunikation von Inhalten für unterschiedliche Management-Ebenen sowie Beratung von CIO und IT Leadership Team

• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Change-Massnahmen (z. B. Newsletter, Mitarbeiterkommunikation) zur Förderung von Verständnis, Akzeptanz und nachhaltiger Verankerung
