1. 職務の目的

「グローバルな知見とAIを駆使し、日本の変革を加速させる」

本ポジションは、日本のお客様とインドのGlobal Delivery Center (GDC) を結ぶ戦略的ハブとして、Salesforceを活用したビジネス変革をリードします。最大のミッションは、単なるSI開発時の開発メンバーのブリッジ役にとどまらず、「戦略・変革デザイン」「プロジェクト実行支援」「ガバナンス・最適化」といった幅広いアドバイザリーサービスをGDCメンバーと共に主体となって提供することにあります。

日本固有のビジネスコンテキストと、GDCが持つ世界最高水準の技術力、グローバル標準手法であるSalesforce Professional Service Methodology(SPSM)、そして利用可能なAI Tool群を融合させ、お客様のROI(投資対効果)を最大化する「Trusted Advisor」としての役割を担います。

2. 主な職責 (Responsibilities)

自らが主体となり、インドGDCのメンバーを率いてプロジェクトを完遂させる責任を負います。

• GDCとの共同デリバリーと手法の適用: インドGDCのアーキテクトと密に連携し、SPSMを基盤としたアプローチを日本市場の特性に合わせて最適化・適用する。

• AIによる業務効率化と付加価値向上: 開発プロセス(コード生成、ドキュメント要約、テスト自動化等)や顧客提案においてAIを積極的に活用し、デリバリーのスピードと品質を向上させる。

• アドバイザリー&インプリメンテーション:

• アドバイザリー: 顧客やパートナー主体のプロジェクトにおいて、技術戦略やロードマップ策定の支援を行う。

• インプリメンテーション: プライムコントラクターとして、要件定義または設計からGo-liveまでの一連のプロセスをリードする。

• 文化・プロセスの仲介(ブリッジ機能): 日本の詳細なドキュメント文化とGDCの効率的なアジャイル文化の相違を深く理解し、そのギャップを仕組みとコミュニケーションで仲介する。

• 顧客交渉とスコープ管理: 顧客と業務内容やスコープについて直接対話し、合意形成を行う。GDC側へは、日本固有のコンテキストを排除した「明確で誤解のない指示」として伝達する。

3. 提供するアドバイザリーサービスの例

GDCと連携し、以下のような高度なサービスを戦略的にリードします。

• 戦略・変革デザイン: 組織・業務領域変革構想、システム領域変革(ITランドスケープ)、Salesforce Org 戦略、Agentic Enterpriseへの変革支援(CTOアドバイザリー)、PoC検証

• プロジェクト実行・支援: プロジェクト管理、要件定義のファシリテーション、アーキテクチャ・詳細設計の作成/レビュー、開発・テストの品質管理、CI/CD環境構築。

• ガバナンス・最適化: Salesforce Governance (CoE) 設立、Design Authority(設計品質の統制・ベストプラクティス提言)、Architecture Optimization(既存環境診断)

4. 応募資格 (Qualifications)

• 実務経験: 10年以上のエンタープライズ・システムにおけるコンサルティング、またはITシステム構築プロセスの主導的な実務経験

• IT構築プロセスの理解: 戦略策定、要件定義から設計・開発・テスト・移行に至る一連のプロセスの深い知見

• 言語能力:

• 日本語: 流暢(日本のお客様と円滑に合意形成ができること)

• 英語: ビジネスレベル(インドGDCのアーキテクトと技術的な詳細について議論・指示ができること)

• 異文化適応力: 日本とインドのIT開発文化の相違を理解し、その調整を自律的に行えること

• AIリテラシー: AIツール群を活用して自らの業務を高度化し、プロジェクトの付加価値を高める意欲があること
