The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible for executing and activating partnerships with major hyperscale cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role focuses on driving co-sell initiatives, influencing pipeline growth, enabling go-to-market (GTM) programs, and maintaining strong alignment with partner ecosystems. The objective is to translate these strategic partnerships into measurable revenue growth and impactful business outcomes.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Hyperscaler Partnership Execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with partner sales, pre-sales, and program teams.
• Execute partner initiatives, including incentive programs, funding opportunities, and compliance requirements.
• Track and support the achievement of partner competencies, certifications, and readiness initiatives.
Co-Sell & Pipeline Enablement
• Drive deal registrations, co-selling initiatives, and joint opportunity planning with hyperscaler partners.
• Align partner field sellers with internal field and inside sales teams to maximize opportunity development.
• Support deal acceleration through partner engagement and strategic escalation when necessary.
• Monitor and track both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline opportunities.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Sales Enablement
• Execute joint GTM initiatives such as marketing campaigns, industry events, and webinars with hyperscaler partners.
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), including planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
• Enable internal sales teams with partner playbooks, solution narratives, and pitch assets to strengthen joint selling motions.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner-led initiatives.
• Provide structured updates, performance insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership on partner engagement and outcomes.
Success Metrics
• Growth in partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Number and quality of active co-sell opportunities with hyperscaler partners.
• Consistent engagement and collaboration with partner field teams.
• Effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns.
• Progress in partner readiness, certifications, and compliance.
Experience & Skills
• 6–12 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or cloud ecosystem roles.
• Hands-on experience working with hyperscaler partner programs.
• Strong execution capabilities with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders without direct authority.
