Worldscape is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – United States Space Force (USSF) to serve as the company’s senior, mission-focused leader for Space Force customer relationships, programs, and partner ecosystems.
This role owns customer engagement, partner and teaming leadership, and growth execution across USSF organizations. The Account Manager works closely with Worldscape’s Studio Head (technical and delivery lead) to ensure alignment between mission needs, delivery execution, and product evolution.
This role is central to expanding Worldscape’s presence across USSF missions while shaping the partner ecosystem required to deliver national security impact at scale. As Worldscape grows, this position will evolve into a more specialized strategic leadership role with increasing scope and influence.
This is a remote role with location preferences in Colorado Springs, CO. or Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Customer & Executive Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships across USSF organizations, including SSC, SpOC, Delta units, SDA, and related DoD stakeholders.
Engage Congressional members and staff to communicate mission impact and technology relevance.
Coordinate with Intelligence Community partners supporting GEOINT, space domain awareness, and intelligence analysis missions.
Prime & Subcontractor Leadership (with the Studio Head)
When Worldscape is the Prime Contractor
Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead.
Co-manage subcontractors to ensure alignment across delivery, staffing, and mission objectives.
Support execution planning, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
Coordinate reporting, compliance, and invoicing workflows.
When Worldscape is a Subcontractor
Maintain strong working relationships with prime contractor program teams.
Advocate for Worldscape’s technical direction and priorities
Identify opportunities to expand scope and footprint within prime-led efforts.
Partner & Ecosystem Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard ecosystem partners (integrators, GEOINT firms, AI/ML vendors, mission platform providers)
Develop joint go-to-market strategies, demonstrations, pilots, and mission use cases.
Enable partners through training and coordinated field engagement.
Manage partner performance and federal compliance.
Mission Alignment & Account Ownership
Understand USSF mission priorities and translate them into actionable platform use cases.
Support pilots, prototypes, and operational deployments.
Provide structured mission feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
Growth & Revenue Execution
Own pipeline development, capture strategy, and revenue forecasting for the USSF account.
Identify growth opportunities through direct and partner-led channels.
Support renewals, pricing strategies, and multi-year agreements across classification levels.
Cross-Functional & Industry Leadership
Collaborate with product, engineering, solutions science, and deployment teams.
Communicate with customers and partner insights internally.
Represent Worldscape at industry events, demonstrations, and forums.
Support compliance, accreditation, and security requirements.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
8+ years managing DoD or Intelligence Community accounts with teaming or partner experience.
Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance (or eligibility).
Demonstrated ability to engage senior DoD, IC, and Congressional leaders.
Experience collaborating with prime contractors, subcontractors, and integrators.
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition pathways, PPBE, and space mission workflows.
Ability to translate complex geospatial, AI, or data platforms into mission outcomes.
Preferred
Experience supporting USSF, SSC, SpOC, SDA, or space-focused R&D organizations.
Familiarity with GEOINT workflows and satellite imagery.
Experience in channel programs or subcontractor oversight.
Startup or high-growth company experience.

The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually + commissions. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
