We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at Sylvia Park store. This is your chance to bring your leadership style to a brand that celebrates individuality and great customer experiences. Here’s what’s on offer:

Role – Store Manager

Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday

Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $60,000  + bonus potential ! 

What your day will look like

Leading the store day-to-day and taking ownership of its success

Coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team to reach their full potential

Driving sales and motivating the team to hit and exceed targets

Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members

Delivering a customer experience that reflects who we are as a brand

Creating and maintaining a strong, inclusive team culture
