Store Manager – Marella Paris (Madeleine)

Marella recherche un(e) Store Manager pour sa boutique de Paris - Madeleine.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est une personne dynamique, orientée vers les résultats, possédant plusieurs années d’expérience dans la gestion de magasin au sein d’entreprises de mode et/ou de luxe, de préférence dans une organisation retail structurée.

Responsabilités principales :

• Coordonner et superviser l’ensemble des activités de la boutique afin de garantir une efficacité opérationnelle optimale.

• Organiser l’espace commercial en accord avec les directives du siège et optimiser la présentation des produits pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.

• Développer et fidéliser la clientèle grâce à un service personnalisé et de haute qualité.

• Suivre et analyser les performances commerciales (CA, KPIs) et proposer des actions adaptées pour atteindre les objectifs assignés.

• Collaborer étroitement avec les départements du siège (Retail, Visual Merchandising, Buying) pour soutenir les opérations de la boutique.

• Encadrer, motiver et accompagner l’équipe en donnant l’exemple et en favorisant une culture du feedback.

• Promouvoir les valeurs de l’entreprise auprès de l’équipe afin de garantir l’excellence du service client.

• Gérer l’organisation de l’équipe : plannings, congés, formation, développement, résolution des conflits et promotion du travail collaboratif.

Profil recherché :

• Passion pour la mode et le luxe.

• Solides compétences en management et leadership.

• Intérêt marqué pour les outils digitaux et les nouvelles technologies appliquées au retail.

• Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens du service client, avec une attitude proactive et positive.

• Esprit d’équipe et capacité à gérer efficacement les ressources humaines.

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais indispensable ; l’italien constitue un atout.

• Flexibilité, rigueur et forte orientation résultats.
