Main Street Auto/American Quick Lube is looking for a motivated General Manager to lead our service center in Caldwell, Idaho. This role is responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of technicians, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the location operates efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise store employees to deliver efficient, high-quality service• Schedule staff and manage daily workflow to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions or concerns• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members• Monitor store performance and work toward meeting sales goals• Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies when needed• Ensure proper cash handling and store deposit procedures• Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional service environment• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Managers are expected to lead by example and may assist with basic vehicle services such as fluid checks and filter changes when needed.
Qualifications
• Previous management or supervisory experience required• Strong leadership and communication skills• Customer-service focused mindset• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Automotive service experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
This position works in an automotive service center environment and requires standing, walking, bending, and working around vehicles and shop equipment.
