With more than 30 years of expertise and a team of over 400 associates, Empiria Group is driven by a shared purpose: to create space for joy through elevated hospitality experiences. Our culture is shaped by four core values — finding joy, always elevating, exuding passion, and leading with purpose — guiding everything we do.

At Empiria Group, hospitality is more than a profession. It is a craft, a mindset, and a journey of continuous growth.

Role Overview

The Storage Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel storerooms and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock management, organization, and timely distribution of supplies. The role safeguards hotel assets, supports operational departments—including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Front Office—and ensures all inventory practices comply with hotel standards, HACCP, and safety regulations. The Storage Manager reports to the Group Purchasing Manager and collaborates closely with departmental colleagues to ensure seamless operational support across all hotel segments.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee ordering, storage, and distribution of all hotel supplies, equipment, and materials, maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and system updates.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, coordinating replenishment with relevant teams, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize waste, loss, and discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain all storerooms to ensure accessibility, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO), and enforcing hotel standards for sanitation and equipment handling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing teams, F&B, and Housekeeping to forecast supply needs, communicate stock updates and inventory issues to department heads, and coordinate scheduled deliveries with proper documentation and verification.
• Ensure all storage practices comply with HACCP policies, local health regulations, and safety guidelines while maintaining security of storerooms and reporting potential risks or maintenance issues.
• Supervise storeroom attendants and receiving staff, provide training on proper storage procedures and inventory systems, and schedule daily workloads to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain operational efficiency by optimizing storage organization, stock rotation, and workflow, while ensuring correct handling and storage of all items, including F&B perishables and sensitive products.
• Support financial audits through accurate inventory records and timely identification of discrepancies, and proactively resolve shortages, delivery issues, or stock variances.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing, or hotel storeroom operations.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel purchasing and inventory systems (e.g., SOFTONE, ENTERSOFT) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift and manage physical stock as required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Hands-on, proactive, and “can do” attitude.

Candidate’s Profile

• Highly organized, dependable, and consistent in performance.
• Methodical and efficient in approach to tasks, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Skilled in inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and proper stock handling.
• Effective communicator, capable of coordinating with Purchasing, Finance, F&B, and Housekeeping.
• Strong problem-solving ability to quickly resolve shortages, delivery issues, and stock variances.
• Pleasant, professional, and proactive personality with a customer-focused mindset.

Benefits:
At Empiria Group, our hotels are more than workplaces — they are environments where people grow, evolve, and find purpose.

• Staff accommodation with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
• Half-board meal plan (Breakfast & Lunch).
• Continuous training and development opportunities.
• Career growth opportunities within Empiria Group and across Marriott International properties worldwide.
