THE ROLE

The Stock Assistant position is based full-time in the Browns flagship boutique located on Brook Street, Mayfair.Our stockroom team works collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for both our store and customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world.Working within the Customer Experience team, you will play an integral part in driving operational efficiency to support the team in delivering a luxury customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfilment of customer requests and orders, via the boutique retail team in-person and online. Other responsibilities include helping manage and control the stock integrity in the stockroom by housekeeping and providing support to the Stockroom Manager on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
• Working collaboratively with the Personal Shopping team to respond to customer requests by locating, picking and running product across the boutique accurately and efficiently, always ensuring the customer journey is seamless.

• Working with the Web Operations Team to pick and pack online orders within SLAs and guidelines.

• Receive deliveries for shopfloor product and customer requests. Checking deliveries, processing the physical stock, updating our systems, and putting away all stock in the correct place, communicating to the relevant departments as required. Managing returns of all old stock back to the warehouse according to agreed guidelines and set timeframes.

• Replenishment of all sold stock, whether via the boutique or online in a timely manner to ensure the shopfloor remains customer-ready at all times.

• Perform cycle counts and regular stock checks and audits.

• Oversee all quality control for orders and returns.

• Liaise with the Stockroom Manager in order to create action plans to avoid stock loss.

• Support the Stockroom Team in the delivery of administrative work related to Stockroom.

WHO YOU ARE :
• Able to manage tasks independently but also work closely to support your team, building strong relationships across the boutique with all teams including Personal Shoppers and Loss Prevention.

• Collaborative, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, prioritising customers at all times.

• Administrative/data entry experience in a fashion retail environment preferred.

• Experience in stockroom retail preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential

• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

• Able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.

• Able to problem solve and multitask.
