STIBO STEP MDM Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

Successful execution of MDM projects by ensuring migration of Master Data on time and ensuring the overall integrity and effectiveness of MDM processes.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solution designs align with project requirements.

• Design and Architectural concepts of master data system built on STIBO Step

• In depth knowledge of configuration in STIBO Step

• Articulate the advantages of technical decision to stakeholders of various background

• Collaborate with Project Managers, MDM Leads regarding scope, tasks, timeline and resource planning

• Lead the STIBO STEP MDM platform readiness for Master Data migration

• Review system up requirements and plan the work packages for the team

• Follow the defined Roll Out checklist to plan and execute project activities

• Ensure required customization, Interfaces set Up, LoV and mappings

• Conduct quality reviews of the activities performed by the team

• Align with Master Data business Leads to understand the business process and guide team with the required inputs

• Review project wise migration status with MDM Leads and take corrective actions

• Ensure defined transport procedure is followed by the team.

• Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with team to document lessons learnt and knowledge database

• Prepare and present weekly and Monthly status report for stakeholders

• Identify the redundant and repetitive tasks to automate

• Collaborate with Master Data Architects on the technical challenges and improvements

• Understand the impact on Roll Out teams post new system release and technical upgrade

• Oversee team operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

• Handle complex and complicated ITR’s to provide on time solution

• Validate the design and implementation of the new features overlapping with Roll Out teams

• Conduct internal, partner, and customer training to ensure proficiency in MDM solutions and implementations

• Design and plan testing for impact assessment of solution functionality, ensuring robust performance and quality

• Conduct and participate in Solution Reviews to ensure design and implementation are in line with best practices and client expectations

• Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes, ensuring proper design and alignment with business goals

Educational qualification:

MBA/BE/MCA/Other Bachelor / Master Degree

Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in STIBO STEP – MDM Solutions.

• Strong knowledge on MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEP

• Interact with customers to capture and understand requirement, and architect technical design, solution, and implement as a Lead technical architect

• Provide direction and resolve issues in complex technical topics in the project

• Fine tune solution Approach and provide technical assistance to team

• Good oral and written communication is a must.
