Job Description

Novotel Valencia Lavant es un hotel 4 Superior de reciente apertura*, con una operativa dinámica y distintos puntos de servicio (desayunos, eventos, restauración). Buscamos incorporar personal de Stewarding para asegurar la limpieza, orden e higiene de cocina y áreas operativas, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares sanitarios y de calidad.

El contrato será de sustitución a 30 horas semanales.

Funciones principales:

• Lavado y desinfección de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, menaje y utensilios (túnel/lavavajillas y lavado manual).

• Limpieza y mantenimiento del orden en cocinas, office, cámaras y zonas de producción según planificación.

• Gestión de residuos: separación, retirada, compactado y limpieza de contenedores conforme a procedimientos.

• Apoyo al equipo de cocina en tareas operativas básicas (traslado de material, reposición de menaje, preparación de carros).

• Control de productos y dosificación de químicos de limpieza siguiendo fichas de seguridad.

• Cumplimiento estricto de APPCC/HACCP, normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y PRL (uso de EPI).
