STEMAspire Mentorship Program

STEM Aspire is mentorship program connecting women studying STEM or Business degree to women role-models within Dell Technologies. University and TAFE students in their final year are encouraged to apply. The program will run from March till September 2026 , all events are mandatory for program completion. We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Mentee on the Dell Technologies STEMAspire Program in Australia. Our objective is to encourage and empower women studying technology to graduate and to have successful and rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​ STEMAspire will take place between February and August 2025 and during this time, you will: have the opportunity to participate in 1x1 mentoring sessions attend group sessions focusing on topics that will help you to start your career opportunity to meet and network with successful women in Dell Technologies as well as other inspiring students At Dell you’ll find the support you need and the challenges you thrive to become the best version of yourself.
