CPG). Zu den Kernprodukten gehören Schokolade, Schokoladendekorationen, Cremes, Teigmischungen, Gelato-Zutaten und andere Bäckerei- / Konditorei-Zutaten. Ihre Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung des Schichtleiters bei der Organisation und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe

• Mitarbeiterführung/-einteilung

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses hinsichtlich Qualität, Menge und Termintreue

• Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden in der Schicht

• Überwachung und Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen

• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Schulung des Teams

• Vertretung des Schichtleiters bei Abwesenheit

• Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Dokumentationskontrolle im ERP System

• Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung von Lean-Production-Tools

• Übernahme kleinerer Projekte

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder gewerblichen Bereich, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker

• Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, in einem Produktionsumfeld

• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke

• Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit sowie Bereitschaft zum Arbeitsplatz- und Schichtwechsel bei betrieblicher Notwendigkeit

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise ERP-Systemen

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Grundkenntnisse Englisch
