We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Painter to join our professional team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Steel Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective and decorative coatings to steel structures, equipment, and components in various industrial settings.

• Prepare steel surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust or old paint
• Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements
• Apply primers, paints, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Ensure proper coverage and thickness of coatings to meet quality standards
• Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
• Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Dubai's extreme weather conditions

• Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in industrial painting, preferably with steel structures
• Proficiency in various painting techniques for steel surfaces
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and application methods
• Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment
• Understanding of corrosion protection methods and industrial coating systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial painting is preferred
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) related to working with hazardous materials is a plus
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• Familiarity with extreme weather conditions and their impact on painting processes
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Efficient and organized work habits
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including high temperatures, and at heights when necessary
