We are seeking 2 skilled Steamfitters to join our team in the Baltimore metro area. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent first-shift schedule of 40 hours per week, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Flexibility is important, as occasional night shift work and overtime may be required based on project demands.
Travel will be along with I-95 corridor just north of Baltimore down to Washington D.C.
Must have reliable transportation (required) but will be reimbursed for mileage/tolls.

Responsibilities:
•
Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems used for steam, heating, cooling, and industrial processing.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine pipe layouts and specifications.
•
Measure, cut, thread, and weld pipes using appropriate tools and equipment.
•
Inspect systems for leaks, corrosion, and other issues; perform repairs or replacements as needed.
•
Test piping systems for proper pressure levels and functionality.
•
Collaborate with other trades, project managers, and team members to complete projects efficiently.
•
Follow all safety procedures, codes, and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
•
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and working condition.
•
Document work performed and report progress or issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience working as a steamfitter or pipefitter, ideally in a industrial environment
• Reliable transportation and valid/active driver's license
• Ability to pass a background and drug check
•
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
•
Knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
•
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
•
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Good communication and organizational skills.
•
Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
•
Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, or weekends as needed.
