Statutory Reporting & Tax Manager will ensure full compliance with local statutory and tax regulations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and risk control. This role requires deep technical expertise in accounting and tax, as well as strong coordination with auditors and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee statutory reporting and preparation of financial statements in line with local GAAP
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements (CIT, VAT, etc.)
• Coordinate year-end closing activities and external audits
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
• Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations and implement necessary updates
• Identify financial and tax risks and ensure strong internal controls
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external stakeholders
• Lead and develop the accounting/tax team
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, statutory reporting, and tax
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, financial statements, and tax regulations
• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities
• Background in multinational or complex organizations preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, BOSS)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACCA or statutory auditor qualification is a strong plus
