The Status Board Operator - Housekeeping is responsible for the inventory of rooms available for sale by time limits set by the resort.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling guest calls.
• Dispatching items as requested for rooms.
• Maintaining records of transactions.
• Responsible for working with other departments to manage out of service and out of order room inventory.
• Monitor and manage room type inventory proactively addressing potential issues with department.
• Knows and adheres to Wynn policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively read, write and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years experience answering telephones
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Minimum typing speed of 40WPM
• Ability to master the property management system
• 21 years of age or older
