Location: Warsaw, Poland
Hybrid model of work: 3 days in office, 2 remote per week

Our Biometrics team consists of Statisticians, Statistical Programmers, Information and Data Scientists. We drive and contribute to optimized clinical drug development programs and access to information and scientific knowledge management.

 

We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join us in the role as a Statistical Programmer.

 

The Statistical Programmer II is primarily responsible for providing support to deliver technical programming and 
information components of moderate scope and medium complexity studies or drug projects. It will act as a contributor on 
cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement. This role works under the general direction and support of an 
experienced programmer.

 

Accountabilities
• Under guidance, provides SDTM, ADaM, TFLs technical programming and information components of a project
• Understands the contents of protocols and clinical development plans to understand contribution of their work
• Works within established frameworks and ensures high quality is built into own deliverables
• Works independently for well-defined scope of work
• Continues to acquire knowledge of drug development process
• Continues to increase knowledge of SAS
• Continues to increase knowledge of industry standards
• Takes steps to understand the roles and skills of others in clinical study teams
• Takes steps to understand the roles and skills of other functions in drug development
• Proactively keeps the lead programmer updated on progress of deliveries

 

Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Degree in Mathematical (i.e., Applied Math, Engineering, etc), Statistical, Computer Science, Life Science, or equivalent
• Intermediate programming skills
• Basic knowledge of the clinical development process

 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of industry standards
• Prior usage of a statistical/mathematical programming language
