Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support project management and business analysis functions while working closely with experienced project managers and team members. As a Project Analyst, Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing project data, assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing and organizing project data, reports, and documentation.

• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project schedules, tracking tools, and databases.

• Provide administrative support for project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.

• Assist in reviewing and improving project management processes and tools.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and process data effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Solid time management skills and able to prioritize.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
