Startup Manager – Digital Health Event
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Australian Dollars (Depending on experience)
Bonus: 20% OTE
Location: Sydney (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day remote)

About the role:
This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational business development skills via the engagement of startup community. You will focus on lead generation, initial prospecting, and supporting the wider sales team to grow the pipeline. This is a hands-on, learning-driven position that offers a clear path to progression.
During a typical day you might:
• Conduct outbound research and outreach to identify new business leads
• Support the development of proposals and introductory sales materials
• Schedule and support sales calls with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams
• Post regular content and engage with industry audiences on LinkedIn

Recruitment process:
