Segula Technologies baut in Győr einen neuen bzw. erweiterten Standort auf und sucht hierfür eine durchsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit, die den operativen Betrieb eigenverantwortlich für einen Zeitraum von 3–5 Jahren etabliert, stabilisiert und weiterentwickelt.

• Aufbau, Steuerung und Stabilisierung des operativen Geschäfts vor Ort
• Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Leistungs-, Qualitäts- und Budgetzielen
• Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden
• Einführung und Optimierung effizienter Prozesse und Strukturen
• Enge Abstimmung mit der internationalen Geschäftsleitung
• Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Anforderungen in Ungarn
• Aktives Eingreifen bei Abweichungen und Problemlösung im Tagesgeschäft
• Organisation und Abwicklung des Recruitingprozesses, von der Ausschreibung bis zum Onboarding

• Technischer und/oder wirtschaftlicher Hintergrund (z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Produktion oder vergleichbar)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in operativer Führungsrolle
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Turnaround von Standorten von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Ungarisch-, Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Durchsetzungsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
