Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Stagiaire en ressources humaines pour la session d'été 2026 (mai à août). 

Ce que tu feras 
En tant que Stagiaire RH, tu soutiendras activement le département RH dans ses activités quotidiennes et ses projets stratégiques. Plus précisément, voici comment tu contribueras à notre équipe:  

Participer à l’ensemble du processus de dotation;

Rédiger et publier les offres d’emplois;

Coordonner la planification des entrevues avec les gestionnaires et assurer les suivis auprès des candidats;

Effectuer les vérifications pré-emploi;

Collaborer à l’accueil et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés, incluant l’amélioration des outils et des processus d’onboarding;  

Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et processus RH;

Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et assurer le classement de la documentation RH;

Rédiger diverses communications internes;

Contribuer à la planification d'activités de reconnaissance pour les employés;

Offrir un soutien général à diverses initiatives du service RH. 

Le candidat 

Tu étudies en administration, en ressources humaines ou autre domaine connexe.

Tu es à l’aise de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle et tu sais bien gérer tes priorités.

Tu te démarques par tes habiletés en communication, ton sens de l’organisation et ton autonomie.  

Tu apprécies le travail d’équipe et tu t’épanouis dans un environnement collaboratif.

Tu es bilingue à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Tu maîtrises les outils de la suite Microsoft Office.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern for the 2026 summer session (May to August). 

What you’ll do 
As an HR Intern, you will actively support our HR team in its daily activities and strategic projects.  More specifically, you will contribute to the team by: 

Participating in the full recruitment process

Drafting and posting job offers

Coordinating interview scheduling with managers and ensuring follow-ups with candidates

Conducting pre-employment verifications

Supporting the onboarding and integration of new employees, including the continuous improvement of onboarding tools and processes

Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes

Updating employee files and managing HR documentation

Drafting internal communications

Helping organize employee recognition activities

Providing general support for various initiatives led by the HR team 

The candidate 

You are currently studying in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

You are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and know how to prioritize effectively.

You stand out for your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and autonomy.

You enjoy teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You are bilingual, both spoken and written.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
