Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 3 mois, à partir du début mars, rattaché(e) au Responsable Hygiène, Santé et Environnement, au sein du Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé.   

Missions principales :

• Contribuer au suivi des procédures d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
• Participer aux actions relatives au département Hygiène, Santé et Environnement
• Aider à la préparation des audits et au classement documentaire
• Assurer le suivi des plans d’actions et des non-conformités
• Participer aux actions de sensibilisation du personnel
