En tant que Stagiaire Chef de Projets Events, votre mantra est clair : cultiver l’authentique vibe TRIBE.

Vos missions clés :

• Gérer les ventes, l’organisation et le bon déroulement des groupes et events émanant de sociétés ou de particuliers.

• Optimiser le revenu hôtel, bar restaurant et événement et tout autre service de l’hôtel.

• Réceptionner et traiter les demandes entrantes : qualification de la demande, élaboration d’un devis adapté et optimisé.

• Veiller à assurer les meilleures prestations tout en respectant les demandes du client et en développant le chiffre d’affaires.

• Coordonner et collaborer au bon fonctionnement des différents services concernés par l’activité évènementielle.

• Participer à l’accueil et l’organisation des clients.

• Organiser des visites au sein du TRIBE Pantin avec les clients.

• Être force de proposition pour apporter de la nouveauté.

• Imaginer et déployer des plans de communication en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
