Je volgt de MBO-3 of MBO 4 opleiding richting Travel & Hospitality en bent toe aan je tweede- of derdejaars stage. Wil je een afwisselende stage op Schiphol Airport? Wat ga je doen?

Bij ons krijg je het ‘wij’ gevoel. Als stagiaire hoor je bij het team en ga je praktijkgericht aan de slag. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de passagiers goed geholpen worden. Als stagiair(e) bij de ticketbalie leer je uiteenlopende zaken zoals; het invoeren, opvragen, juist interpreteren en verwerken van passagiers- en bagagegegevens in Skyspeed. Je raakt bekend met zowel ticketing als tarifering. De werkzaamheden wisselen van het controleren van reisdocumenten, nieuwe tickets boeken, bestaande omboeken bij vertraging tot het afrekenen van overbagage. Jouw werk is echt mensenwerk.
