Description du Poste

Assister le Directeur Commercial et l’attaché(e) commercial(e) dans l’ensemble des fonctions d’organisation des events et groupes chambres (loisir et corporate).

Missions Principales

1. Gestion et développement commercial

• Qualifier les demandes, établir des devis optimisés sous 24h et assurer la négociation jusqu’à confirmation.
• Gérer et développer les ventes groupes et événements
• Optimiser les revenus (hébergement, restauration, bar, espaces événementiels, services additionnels)
• Assister l’attaché commercial dans les relances des dossiers events et groupes

2. Organisation et coordination des événements

• Concevoir, planifier et coordonner les événements internes (réunions, séminaires, soirées, mariages, privatisations…).
• Assurer la bonne communication entre les services de l’hôtel et le suivi client avant, pendant et après l’événement
• Organiser des visites du site et garantir une expérience client fluide avec le discours TRIBE

3. Création et communication

• Être force de proposition pour développer des concepts et expériences innovants
• Créer et actualiser les supports commerciaux et de communication (factsheets, visuels, présentations)
• Participer à la promotion du lieu auprès des partenaires

4. Administration et suivi

• Assurer le suivi administratif : devis, facturation, reporting
• Maintenir à jour les outils commerciaux et veiller à la cohérence des communications internes et externes

• Formation• Diplôme en management hôtelier, événementiel, marketing ou formation commerciale

• Expérience• Un 1er stage est un plus, de préférence dans un hôtel lifestyle ou événementiel.
