METRO Italia è alla ricerca di una figura di stageur (curriculare/extracurriculare) da inserire all'interno della Direzione People&Culture.

La risorsa andrà a supportare il Team People Analytics and Rewarding, con focus sui processi e le attività relative alle politiche retributive, di benefit aziendali e di total reward.

In particolare si occuperà di:

• Supporto nella predisposizione di analisi in ambito People Analytics in linea con le richieste dei People&Culture Business Partner.
• Supporto nella gestione operativa dei piani di benefit e welfare aziendale.
• Supporto nella redazione di presentazioni sui temi Total Reward (esempio bonus, incentivi, gare, welfare, benefit, etc).
• Supporto nella stesura e revisione delle procedure aziendali di competenza dell’area di Total Reward.
• Supporto nella creazione e implementazione di piani di comunicazione legati alle diverse iniziative aziendali di Total Reward.
• Collaborazione con il team HR Administration & Payroll al fine di garantire che le politiche retributive siano correttamente riflesse nei cedolini paga.
• Gestisce tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte.

• Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Amministrazione Finanza e Marketing, Statistica o simili
• Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Pianificazione e organizzazione
• Analisi dei problemi
• Interesse per il mondo People&Culture
