Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Stage Operations Coordinator to support the planning and execution of all stage-related activities for events and performances. The role involves coordinating technical aspects, liaising with production teams, and ensuring smooth operations during rehearsals and live events. The Stage Operations Coordinator will work closely with vendors, performers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality stage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Compile all studio operation documentation including client packs, directions to site, supplier contacts, site map layouts for production and supplier lists
• Coordinate with various departments to effectively manage production schedules throughout the year and facility bookings
• Assist with the planning and execution of production logistics, including set up and strike processes of incoming productions to Qiddiya Studios
• Address all operational challenges alongside Senior Studio Operations Director ensuring compliance with studio protocols
• Manage the studio backlot space accoridngly for incoming productions accordingly
• Work alongside Facility Management to maintain accurate and organised records of studio usage and operational expenses
• Support the Senior Director, Studio Operations in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures for the Film Studios
• Work alongside the Health and Safety Manager for Film Studios to ensure clear and concise inductions occur on site for incoming productions
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment for all studio personnel, including staff and production crews
• Assist where appropriate on the financial tracking of operational expenditure related to the Film Studio site
• Be a natural trouble shooter, solutions focused for productions and a key communicator and liaison between production operations on site and the Film Studios Ops team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Theater Production, Technical Theater, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in stage operations, event production, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of stage equipment, audio-visual technology, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
