Intégré(e) à la Direction Group HR, et dans le pôle Group HR Projects  vous apportez votre support sur les missions suivantes :

- Contribuer à l'organisation de programmes en matière de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion (DEI), notamment des ateliers sur le soutien aux minorités, des sessions de mentorat inversé, ainsi que d'autres formations et événements internes.

- Contribuer à la création et à l'amélioration du contenu des initiatives DEI (supports, mises à jour des pages DEI sur notre plateforme d'apprentissage, visuels simples).

- Aider à la coordination, notamment en matière de planification, de gestion des flux d'informations et d'assurance d'une communication fluide avec les équipes régionales.

- Participer aux réunions RH, partager des idées et contribuer aux discussions sur les projets.

 

Niveau : niveau master (M1 ou M2)

Compétences techniques et savoir-faire :

· Maîtrise de l’anglais (écoute, écriture, expression orale).

· Bon sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps.

· Aisance avec Teams, Excel et les outils numériques de base.

· Intérêt pour la coordination d’événements, la communication et le soutien de projets.

Compétences comportementales et savoir-être :

· Motivation, curiosité et volonté d’apprendre.

· Intérêt pour la diversité, l’équité et l’inclusion (aucune connaissance préalable requise).

· Bon sens de l’organisation et sens des responsabilités.

· Capacité à travailler dans un contexte international et à s’adapter à différents types de tâches.

· Communication claire et réfléchie (écrite et orale).
