Stage - Brand Marketing & Communications (H/F)

We are looking for an intern or an apprentice to join our dynamic & international EU brand marketing team to help with operational tasks related to influencer campaigns, long term ambassador partnerships, PR & events. The goal of this role is to engage in initiatives to increase brand awareness, and drive consideration for key products + new product launches. This is a central role in the marketing team, working primarily on the French, German, and UK markets, with some opportunities to work on brand marketing projects for the Australian & Indian markets. Intermediate to fluent working knowledge of French & English will be vital to the success of this role. This is a central role in the marketing team, which will have a direct and measurable impact on the company's success in Europe. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic, friendly, and kind person with a strategic mind, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This team member will report to the Brand & Communications Team Lead & will be based out of our French office in Issy-les-moulineaux, in the suburbs of Paris. Help with operational tasks under the close guidance of the Brand & Comms team related to… Influencers and long-term ambassador partners Eg: do benchmarks on the influencer market, prepare unboxing gifting experiences for influencers, help prepare influencer and ambassador briefing decks. Events Eg: order team apparel for events, order event goodies, print leaflets, ship marketing materials, help run product experiences during events. Help manage the internal communication with team members prior to and during (eg: create team email group, share tips / updates / reminders). Press Eg: send product samples to reporters, work cross functionally to find the answer to questions reporters have about the Withings brand & products. You will report to the B2C Brand Marketing Team Leader and work cross-functionally with other brand marketing team members managing PR, advertising, influence & partnerships, as well as the broader marketing & sales teams (studio & content, retail sales, CRM, product marketing, web).

Requirements: Student on a masters degree Ability to work for a 2-year term (for apprentices) and a 6-month term (for interns). A strong working knowledge and/or fluency in both French & English (note - close collaboration with both French and US-based team members will be required for this role). At ease in an international environment Positive and enthusiastic spirit, with a go-getter attitude, and excitement to work cross-functionally to come up with creative solutions & ideas. Rigor and drive to deliver excellence through collaboration, while also confident enough to work autonomously to get smaller tasks done efficiently & within a timely manner.
