Au sein de l’équipe Leapmotor International, vous participerez à la préparation et au suivi opérationnel des lancements des nouveaux modèles Leapmotor en Europe et dans les régions. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et internationale et participerez à la réussite de lancements produits d’une Marque automobile en plein développement – 1ers lancements en 2024 avec un planning de lancement de nouveaux modèles très animé sur 2025 et 2026. Vous gagnerez une expérience variée dans l’industrie automobile, auprès de professionnels expérimentés. Vos principales missions : Avec le responsable lancement, vous intervenez en support des équipes métiers et des régions o Contribuer à la préparation des planning / retroplannings de lancement et à leur suivi o Participer au suivi de l’avancement des projets et notamment le management des véhicules de pré-lancement o Participer à l’animation des réunions de lancements avec l’Europe et les régions et assurer la bonne communication des informations / décisions à l’ensemble des interlocuteurs impliquées dans la préparation des activités de lancement. o Préparer et diffuser les Guides de lancement et autres documents pour les régions / pays
