Dans le cadre du renforcement du service scolarité au sein du pôle ADV (Administration des Ventes), nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 2 mois à compter du 1er juin 2026. Le stage sera centré sur l’activité de contractualisation, avec un rôle clé dans le traitement administratif des contrats d’apprentissage.

Vos missions principales

Rattaché(e) au service scolarité - Pôle ADV, vous interviendrez principalement sur :

• La gestion de la contractualisation via l’outil BORA (CRM interne)

• L’édition des conventions d’apprentissage (entreprise/élèves/centre de formation).

• L’envoi et le suivi des documents via DocuSign

• Le contrôle et la vérification des dossiers contractuels

• Le suivi administratif des contrats en lien avec les équipes internes
