Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and curious AI Program & Coordination Intern to support our company-wide effort to scale the use of artificial intelligence across our products, services, and internal operations.

You will join a cross-functional team responsible for AI strategy execution, governance, adoption, communication, and community animation. This internship is ideal for someone interested in AI, digital transformation, product development, and organizational change.

It is based in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Program Coordination & Governance

• Support the preparation of AI steering committees, working groups, and governance bodies
• Help maintain AI policies, guidelines, and compliance documentation in alignment with emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act).

2. Internal AI Adoption & Operational Use

• Assist teams in identifying opportunities for AI-powered efficiency and automation.
• Contribute to internal AI onboarding materials, best practices, and how-to guides.
• Collect feedback, monitor adoption, and help improve AI workflows.

3. AI in Products & Services

• Collaborate with product teams to document AI use cases, user benefits, risks, and requirements.
• Support cross-team coordination for AI features (alignment between engineering, product, legal, and security).

4. Market Research & Industry Monitoring

• Conduct ongoing market research on AI trends, models, tools, and competitive dynamics.
• Monitor AI news, major releases, regulatory updates, technical breakthroughs, and identify what is meaningful for the company.
• Summarize and communicate insights through short briefs, internal posts, or presentations to keep teams informed.

5. Community Animation & Knowledge Sharing

• Help animate internal communities of practice and AI champions networks.
• Organize events such as demos, webinars, brown bags, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain internal resources (Slack channels, Confluence spaces, newsletters, FAQs).

6. Communication & Change Management

• Draft clear, engaging content: internal announcements, presentations, newsletters, and success stories.
• Simplify complex AI topics so they are understandable for business teams and leadership.
• Contribute to awareness campaigns on AI ethics, safety, and productivity.

7. Use Case Support

• Help teams structure their AI ideas into actionable use cases (problem definition, expected value, feasibility).
• Support the evaluation and prioritization of AI projects.
• Gather metrics and document results for reporting.

Profile We’re Looking For

• Student in engineering or business school.
• Interest in AI and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
• Structured, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams.
• Bonus: experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or basic data/tech literacy.
• Languages : French & English are required to work in our international environment
• NOTA : this is not an AI development role. Understanding AI, its use, the technology behind is key but, as of now, writing code is not planned to be included in this role
