LinkedIn is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to work within LinkedIn's Flagship and Premium engineering organizations team. The right candidate will have demonstrated leadership in driving complex product and technology programs. This candidate is expected to perform using best practices for execution of our Flagship initiatives including content experience, homepage, feed, profile, search, messaging, notifications, network growth, acquisition, and segments.
The Flagship and Premium organization builds the subscription lifecycle and member value experiences across Premium Career, Premium Business, and Premium All‑in‑One SKUs, plus Premium Company Pages - delivering features like InMail, applicant insights, Who viewed your profile, LinkedIn Learning, business insights, and AI‑assisted tools that enhance engagement and credibility.
In this role, the candidate will manage high‑priority, high‑profile programs that span Product, Engineering, User Experience, Data Science, Biz Ops, and AI.
As a Staff TPM on the Flagship and Premium team, you will be responsible for driving the cross-functional programs developing these cutting-edge product initiatives, and technical understanding to fully integrate with product development teams and contribute at any level of depth. In addition to shaping the strategy and vision of the TPM organization as LinkedIn’s business and technology landscapes evolve and shift. 
Responsibilities:
• Deliver cross-functional programs in LinkedIn’s Flagship & Premium products
• Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
• Architect AI-augmented workflows to automate program trackers, risks, and reporting, shifting the team toward an AI-native operating model.
• Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
• Effectively communicate information to diverse audiences including translating subject matter terminology into clear business terms and program relevance. 
• Identify risks, resolve key program conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
• Facilitate straightforward decisions from complex situations that keep teams and projects moving forward.
• Establish and manage end-to-end processes with various stakeholders in collecting, evaluating and fulfilling their requirements.
• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning
• Coach and mentor others in best practices for modern planning, execution, and the effective application of AI tools in TPM work.
Basic Qualifications:
• B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program management, experience in a software engineering organization managing programs at scale, or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI systems and Generative AI 
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience on large consumer products initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI for team productivity gains (e.g., using AI for code review, documentation, or workflow automation).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and processes
• Proven analytic skills to translate requirements and designs into successful action plans.
• Experience leading large dynamic programs and projects with cross-functional matrixed resources working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders set direction and approach mobilize and motivate teams and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
• Proven problem-solving skills to anticipate the risks of non-performance and incorporate prevention and remediation measures within the implementation plan.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across different functions and optimally influence senior business partners.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills combined with strong negotiation ability delivered with a high level of influence and professionalism.
• Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $139,000 to $229,000 . Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
