Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience: 7–10 years of overall work experience with a robust background in product development
• Founding/Leadership Experience: Previous involvement in a founding or early engineering team within a startup
• Technical Expertise:
• Python: Over 5 years of practical coding experience
• Web Frameworks: Strong proficiency in FastAPI or Flask
• Databases: In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Message Queues & Streaming: Expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery
• DevOps: Solid experience in establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments
• AI/ML Exposure: Hands-on experience in integrating or working with AI systems or APIs
