Job Summary
NKSFB is seeking a collaborative, results driven Staff Recruiter to be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of all levels of accounting professionals for our Business Management, Royalty and Music Touring departments. This role partners closely with leadership and Human Resources to attract top talent, build strong pipelines, and support long-term growth, engagement, and retention of a broad range of professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and uses data to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Recruiting
Lead full-cycle recruiting for all levels of accounting and administrative positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for specialized disciplines, such as Royalty, Music Touring, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and workforce planning goals
Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, industry events, on-campus events and online platforms
Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Conduct structured interviews and provide calibrated candidate assessments
Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively
Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes
Support campus, lateral, and experienced hire recruiting initiatives as needed
Handle full cycle recruiting for other staff roles to support Recruiting team members, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in accounting or professional services recruiting
Demonstrated experience recruiting entry- to senior-level roles with strong ability to prioritize according to business need
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Preferred Skills & Attributes

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $100,000-$110,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
