This is a high-leverage leadership role focused on Supporting Value Driving Efforts by our Pal Network. You will define how our Papa Pal Network evolves to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our Healthcare partnerships. You aren't just building features; you are building an environment where our members can be supported by our Pals with value for all parties involved. You will work at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, physical-world logistics, and healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Capability Roadmap: Lead the strategy for expanding the "Menu of Services" our Pal Network provides (e.g., refining the transportation experience, streamlining pharmacy pickups, or enhancing companionship protocols).

• Impact-Driven Delivery: Align network activities with partner goals. You will ensure that when a partner pays for "Member Support," our product experience guarantees the delivery of tasks that move the needle on Star Ratings, HEDIS scores, and social determinants of health (SDOH) while balancing the world class companion support our brand is known for.

• Network Reliability & Compliance: Build the product levers that ensure Pals are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skills to perform specialized tasks safely and effectively.

• Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Operations, Clinical, and Legal teams to define the "rules of the road" for new service types, ensuring they are scalable and tech-enabled.

• Marketplace Liquidity: Balance the complexity of specific partner requests with the need for a simple, flexible experience for our Pals to ensure high fulfillment rates across all service lines.

• Executive Presence: Act as the product authority for our Enterprise and Sales teams, explaining how our product roadmap directly translates into "boots on the ground" value for their customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of scaling complex, real-world service models or marketplaces.

• Service Design Expertise: Experience working with design experts to architect and build products where the output is a human-led service (e.g., last-mile delivery, ride-sharing, home health, or hospitality).

• Logistics & Operations Mindset: You enjoy the messy details of real-world fulfillment such as GPS tracking, task verification, and time-on-site optimization.

• Strategic Systems Thinking: Ability to see how a small change in the Pal's app flow impacts a health plan's quarterly reporting and Papa’s overall gross margin.

• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Highly proficient in using data to identify bottlenecks in service delivery and experimenting with incentives to improve network behavior.

• Influence Without Authority: Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional squads and mentor other PMs in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Ideal Experience

• Healthcare or Managed Care: Understanding how non-clinical tasks (like a ride to the doctor) impact clinical outcomes. Understand the needs and pain points of health plans and provides to address the increasing demand for direct value.

• 2-Sided Marketplaces: Deep knowledge of supply-side retention and task-routing optimization.

• Product Growth: Experience using product-led mechanisms to nudge user behavior toward high-value tasks.
