Staff Physical Therapist | Windsor, CO

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice
EMR: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on evaluating patients, providing individualized treatment, and supporting recovery through care plans that improve function, mobility, and overall physical performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic and functional conditions
• Monitor progress and revise treatment as appropriate
• Complete documentation in WebPT accurately and on time
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Requirements:
• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred, though new graduates may be considered
