Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice
EMR: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient treatment in a private practice. This position works under the direction of a Physical Therapist and plays an important role in carrying out treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercise, and helping patients progress toward their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional activities
• Observe patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the PT
• Reinforce home exercise programs and care instructions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in WebPT

Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
