Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice
EMR System: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in Deerfield Beach that treats 1 patient per hour. This position supports the Physical Therapist by carrying out treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic activities, and helping maintain consistent progress throughout care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, mobility work, and functional training
• Observe treatment response and report updates to the PT
• Reinforce patient education and home exercise instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in WebPT
• Help keep the clinic schedule and treatment flow on track

Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable using EMR platforms such as WebPT
