Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice
EMR: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment support in an outpatient clinic that operates on a 1 patient per hour model. This role contributes directly to patient recovery by carrying out treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic activities, and reinforcing care instructions between visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercise, mobility, and functional training
• Report patient progress and treatment response to the PT
• Reinforce home exercise programs and patient education
• Complete treatment documentation in WebPT

Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
