Riverside Golf Club, a premier destination for golf enthusiasts, is seeking a Staff Golf Operations - Starter to enhance our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the starting procedures on the golf course, ensuring that all players are greeted warmly and have a smooth check-in process. Your primary goal will be to maintain the pace of play while providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage the starting area and coordinate the tee times for players.
• Welcome and provide assistance to golfers, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Monitor the players' flow, tee time, and pace of play to ensure a timely experience for all groups.
• Provide information about the course, including rules and regulations.
• Making reports through the system.

• Communicate with other golf operations staff to maintain an organized and efficient golfing experience.

Requirements:
• Female, age max. 25 years old
• Min. High school or equivalen
• Familiar with operating a computer
• Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• Experience in golf operations or hospitality is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle busy situations while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Good organization and communication skills
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules is an advantage
