About the role:

We are seeking an individual driven by continuous improvement to elevate our web application capabilities. This role presents an exciting challenge to transform how we approach client-side architecture and engineering processes. You will be instrumental in addressing architectural constraints, upleveling our component system, and establishing a cohesive platform for front-end development. Your expertise will not only resolve current concerns but also embed a culture of high-velocity engineering, ensuring our web applications are consistently exceptional. This is an opportunity to move beyond the current and build efficient web experiences that accelerate product delivery by driving engineering efficiency and interfacing with the Design team.

What you'll do:
The ideal candidate will thrive on complex problem-solving to unlock greater efficiency in feature development. You will lead efforts to foster closer collaboration between Design and Core-UI teams, ensuring a unified, adaptable, and easily composable user experience across the Konnect platform by significantly improving our component system and the interface with design. By maturing our frontend development environments—taking ownership of the rendering stack and implementing automated validation—you will accelerate our development velocity. This role is a vital investment in our platform's future, enabling us to consistently deliver a world-class, cohesive user experience and rapidly respond to evolving market requirements with speed and precision.
