REQUIREMENTS:
• Total Experience 6+ years
• Hands-on experience in Veeva Vault development.
• Strong experience with Vault SDK (Java), configuration migration tools, and API integration.
• Solid understanding of Vault data model, object relationships, workflows, and security
• Technical skills in Java/J2EE, SQL, JavaScript, XML/JSON, REST API
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and system deployment.
• Familiarity with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
• Veeva Vault Administrator/Developer Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to multiple Vault modules (QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms) is a plus
• Good communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Configure Veeva Vault applications including user roles, permissions, lifecycles, workflows, and metadata
• Manage Vault objects, document types, controlled vocabularies, and security settings
• Perform environment administration tasks such as sandbox setup, user provisioning, and configuration migration
• Support release management and deployment processes across environments
• Develop custom components using Vault SDK (Java) to extend platform functionality
• Implement object lifecycle customizations, workflow automation, triggers, and user actions
• Integrate Vault with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with Vault best practices
• Participate in CI/CD processes and ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and technical decisions
• Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model
• Continuously upskill in Veeva Vault modules such as QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, Safety, and PromoMats
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
