Staff Engineer, Product Design Engineering (Cloud-based Enterprise, Full Stack Developer (Java), Spring Boot with 5 to 7 years of experience)

Educational Qualification & Experience

• BE / BTech / MTech with a Computer Science background and 5–8 years of industry experience, with a deep understanding of cloud-based enterprise application development.

Technical Expertise

• Strong expertise in service-oriented architectures, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices using Spring Boot, Advanced Java, and relevant enterprise microservice architectures.
• Strong object-oriented design skills with proficiency in Java, Python, and Shell scripting.

Data & Storage Technologies

• Deep knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Big Data processing technologies such as Apache Spark.
• Exposure to Databricks is a good-to-have.

UI & Frontend Technologies

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript UI frameworks including ReactJS, Node.js, and working knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS.

Integration & Event-Driven Systems

• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Experience working with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and message queues like RabbitMQ.
• Solid understanding and implementation of RESTful API services.

Cloud & Containerization

• Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and Docker for containerized application deployment and orchestration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (public or private cloud environments).

Development Practices & Tools

• Experience following Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, IDE-based AI assistants) for:• Code reviews and defect identification
• Improving code quality and maintainability
• Accelerating development and troubleshooting

Soft Skills & Ownership

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of initiatives, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
